Cancellation, Returns & Refunds
In case of any problem/damage in the product which you have purchased from Parygon HOME, then the entire product can be repaired/replaced within 7 days from the dated time of delivery. Once the evaluation of damage is done, then the reversion will be made possible within 24 hours. An arrangement can also be made to provide you the replacement part or product i.e faulty/ defective/ damaged.
If there is any manufacturing defect or transportation damage, then easy replacement of the product is done, but for that customers should contact us within a 24 hours of receiving the broken or damaged product through our customer care number, i.e. +91-9999566772 or +91-9999766775 (between 10am to 7pm) and your call will be attended by our customer care executive to let you know about the further procedure. The customer also has to send the picture of the damaged product and the part which is damaged with the item code and order number at firstname.lastname@example.org. In case of any leather related or customized product, no cancellation and no replacement will be done.
When the cancellation request of the order is placed, it will be accepted by us. If the cancellation is done within 24 hours of order placement, then the amount paid by the customer will be given back to them after the deduction of nominal amount which means that a nominal amount will be charged and the remaining amount will be given back to the customer in their account. But if the cancellation request of order is placed after 24 hours it will not be accepted by Parygon HOME and no amount will be returned after 24 hours and then it will be considered that the product is manufactured according to the demand of the customer.
IMPORTANT - Once your return/ cancellation claim is Accepted, Refunds will be processed within 48 Hours. Depending on the mode of payment you used, Banks and Payment Gateways usually take between 7-10 working days to credit the amount to your account.
